Notice is hereby given that AECOM Hunt-Barton Malow will receive bids for Bid Package IFC #2B. This package will include the following:

UNDERGROUND & BLINDSIDE WATERPROOFING, EXPANSION JOINTS, AND VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION

Bid drawings and specifications will be published via Building Connected on 12/23/24
Bid manual and scopes of work will be posted by 1/8/25
Pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/15/25
Bids are due for the following packages on 1/30/25

BUILDING INTERIOR DEMOLITION, PRECAST STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, STRUCTURAL STEEL-ROOF STEEL, STRUCTURAL STEEL-FLOOR FRAMING MAIN CONCOURSE INFILL, TENSIONED FABRIC CABLE NETS, TENSIONED FABRIC STRUCTURES, SUBROOF, AND FLUID APPLIED FLOORING.

Bid drawings and specifications will be published via Building Connected on 12/23/24
Bid Manual and Scopes of Work will be posted by 1/8/25
Pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/15/25
Initial budgetary pricing is due 1/23/25
Final bids based on a forthcoming set of documents to be issued in early March, with bids due 3/18/25
